Toasted Coconut Milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven’s broiler on the low setting
- Spread your cup of coconut shreds evenly on a baking sheet
- Place your baking sheet on the middle or upper rack of the oven
- Watch VERY closely, taking the baking sheet out to stir a couple times so that the shreds toast evenly
- Be careful not to overtoast, they can take on a burnt flavor very easily
- Once they are golden to your liking, place the shreds in the filter basket
- Operate your Almond Cow as normal
