A super quick and healthy Macadamia nut milk recipe that tastes just like gingerbread! Perfect for upgrading your hot chocolate, coffee or even almond pulp granola all season long.

- 1⁄2 cup raw macadamia nuts (soaked)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp each: ground nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger
- Optional Sweetener: 3 pitted dates
Put nuts, spices and dates (if desired) into the Almond Cow canister. Fill the machine to the “min” line with filtered water. Add Vanilla extract to the water. Press the Almond cow button.
