- Blend all ingredients until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour about ¼ cup batter into the pan, tilting to spread thinly. Cook about 30 seconds each side until edges lift and bottom is lightly golden.
- Add your favorite filling and decorate as you wish.
