Holiday Crêpes
These tasty crêpes are good year round made green with the help of spirulina powder but if you're not feeling it, that can always be optional.
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter into the pan, tilting to spread thinly.
- Cook about 30 seconds each side until edges lift and bottom is lightly golden.
- Add your favorite filling and decorate as you wish.
