Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour about ¼ cup batter into the pan, tilting to spread thinly. Cook about 30 seconds each side until edges lift and bottom is lightly golden.
  3. Add your favorite filling and decorate as you wish.

These tasty crêpes are good year round made green with the help of spirulina powder but if you're not feeling it, that can always be optional.
