Instructions

  1. 1. Bring a heavy-bottomed saucepan with lid to medium high heat, then add coconut oil.
  2. 2. When melted, add the popcorn and cover immediately. Allow to pop for about 30-60 seconds or until the popping slows to several seconds between pops, then remove the pan from the heat.
  3. 3. Transfer the popcorn immediately into a wide bowl.
  4. 4. Add remaining ingredients and carefully fold and toss until evenly combined. Season to taste.
