Sweet & Salty Blue Popcorn

Instructions
- 1. Bring a heavy-bottomed saucepan with lid to medium high heat, then add coconut oil.
- 2. When melted, add the popcorn and cover immediately. Allow to pop for about 30-60 seconds or until the popping slows to several seconds between pops, then remove the pan from the heat.
- 3. Transfer the popcorn immediately into a wide bowl.
- 4. Add remaining ingredients and carefully fold and toss until evenly combined. Season to taste.

- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- ? cup popcorn kernels
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp blue algae powder
- 1 tbsp Almond Cow Vegan butter, melted (even better if melted until brown/brown butter!)
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (depending on sweetness preference)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sea salt
