Instructions
- 1. Add espresso to the collector cup, and add hot water to the espresso until the liquid reaches the 500mL line of the collector cup. Place collector cup inside the Almond Cow base (no other water is added to the machine).
- 2. Place blanched almonds and toasted marshmallows in the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure. Attach the top to the base.
- 3. Press the cow, and when the light stops flashing, pour the latte into a mug and top with marshmallows! Toast them and enjoy!

One of the best purchases I’ve made. I bought mine about three years ago and use it every day. Makes enough milk for two latte’s and two smoothies. The almonds from almond cow are the best ones I’ve used. I do soak overnight which helps. If you’re thinking of purchasing, it’s a great investment, hands down.

I hesitated to buy yet another kitchen appliance...well I am elated that I did! I love our new Almond Cow, making almond and cashew milk has never been easier. I even took the pulp and mixed in cacao and peanut butter powder with honey and made granola. Unfortunately, there are so many chemicals in store bought almond milk. My wife feels like bloating is no longer an issue with the homemade almond milk. I recommend the Almond Cow highly! You will not be disappointed.
