I do not like store bought oat milk so I was skeptical that I would like homemade oat milk but I was wrong! It has such a fresh flavor and tastes good on its own or mixed in as a creamer or in a smoothie I also use the pulp as a hot cereal - adding in other ingredients like a protein powder and some cinnamon

This breakfast cereal is perfect for an overnight oatmeal! I did make the cereal in my rice cooker as well. I think if I cooked it that way again, I would double the water and cook it for 50 minutes rather that 30. I will definitely be making regular purchases!

First time using the Milk Maker was a bit of trial and error... you should read EVERYTHING in the FAQ, the book, the how to... then it's a bit of fine tuning to get things right. The creamer did not work for me, it was very liquidy. But the milk is tasty and I am looking forward to trying other varieties and recipes. Definitely better making at home than buying storebought!

Overall, Almond Cow is a great milk maker. With this most recent purchase, however, I did experience some issues with overflow while running (even if everything was under the max lines) and then also cleaning between some of the cracks around the handle, etc., that were a bit harder to clean out well.
