Golden mango meets green matcha magic 💛💚
Creamy oat milk ties it all together for the dreamiest, refreshing sip.
☀️ Perfect for slow mornings or sunny afternoons!
Instructions
- Instructions:
- Mango Oat Milk (using the Almond Cow Milk Maker)
- - Fill the base with water up to the MIN line.
- - Add the whole grain oats, fresh mango, and vanilla extract to the filter basket (ensure it doesn’t exceed the 1 cup line).
- - Screw the filter basket on securely, and place the lid onto the base of the Milk Maker.
- - Press the cow button on top to start! Milk will be ready in under 1 minute!
- - Pour the milk from the Milk Maker base into the Almond Cow glass jug (or another large glass container) and store in the refrigerator.
- - Use the leftover pulp in the filter basket for an extra boost of nutrition in pulp pancakes, muffins, or oatmeal!
- Mango Matcha
- Prepare your hot water. If you don’t have a temperature-regulated kettle, you may boil the water and let it cool for a couple of minutes before using it, to avoid burning your matcha powder.
- - Soak your chasen (matcha whisk) in the hot water while you sift your matcha. This will soften the bamboo bristles to help prevent breakage during whisking.
- - Sift your matcha powder of choice into a chawan (matcha bowl), or alternatively another small bowl from your kitchen.
- - Add your hot water, and whisk for about 1-2 minutes using your chasen.
- Assemble!
- Choose a small glass for your drink.
- - Layer a couple spoonfuls of mango syrup onto the bottom of the glass (adjust to taste)
- - Add in ice cubes if you want an iced drink.
- - Pour in your Mango Oat Milk.
- - Gently pour in your whisked matcha.
