Instructions
- 1. Mix your leftover ACE juice pulp, chopped onion, and minced ginger in a bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, miso, salt, black pepper, roasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a neutral-flavored oil. Whisk until well combined.
- 3. Pour the dressing over the pulp mixture and mix well.
- 4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
