This purple potion cocktail is perfect to serve up this spooky season. The magic purple color happens when you mix blue butterfly pea flower tea with acidic lemons! This simple and refreshing beverage is easy to make in your Almond Cow.

Instructions
- Fill the collector cup with the vodka (or club soda for a mocktail version) and prepared butterfly pea flower tea. Place collector cup inside the Almond Cow base.
- Place the lemons and sugar in the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and attach top to the Almond Cow base.
- Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the light stops flashing, blending is complete!
- Fill a glass with ice and pour a 4 oz serving in each glass. Enjoy!

- 2 lemons, peel and pith removed
- 3 tbsp sugar
