Easy Homemade Almond Milk Latte

10 minutes

Become a barista at home with your Milk Maker! A batch of fresh lattes ready in moments. This will definitely become your new favorite coffee recipe. You can serve it hot or add ice cubes for a delicious iced almond milk latte.

No more expensive coffee drinks or trips to Starbucks or your local coffee shop. Our recipe is so creamy and smooth, you'll hardly believe that it's homemade or dairy-free. We highly recommend using our new Almond Cow House Coffee (sourced and roasted specifically for plant-based milk) in this recipe to ensure it has perfect froth and flavor!

Servings: 5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds (unsoaked)
  • 3 chopped, pitted dates
  • 5-6 cups brewed coffee
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Place almonds and dates in the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Milk Maker and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure.

Step 2

Fill the Milk Maker base to the MIN line (5 cups) with coffee. Add vanilla extract and maple syrup to the base (if not using dates) and attach the top. *Although the vanilla extract is option, it's the perfect addition to turn this recipe into a homemade vanilla latte!

Step 3

Plug in the Milk Maker and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the light stops flashing, your Almond Milk Latte is ready!

*Note: If you prefer an unsweetened almond milk latte, you can always omit the pitted dates or maple syrup.
