I can't believe I have gone this long without owning this machine!! I drink a lot of almond milk and didn't realize just how quick and easy it could be to make my own, SO much better than even the high end store bought. Now I can add my own flavor enhancements and have multiple options anytime. Buy almonds in bulk and you will never run out of milk/creamer.

I can’t believe the convenience of this milk maker. When I used to make my own milk, I would have to really think in advance so I wouldn’t run out, if I run out now within three minutes, I have more milk if I mix my own ingredients, it may take five, but I love the milk medleys with this. There are so many options and different types of milk to make, it’s fun to experiment and all of them have turned out wonderful. I have gifted two of these and recommended to everyone I know.

Fast, easy, but could use an upgrade
There’s no doubt that using the Almond Cow milk maker is faster and easier than making my almond milk using a blender and a nut milk bag. I have noticed, however, that I can achieve a creamier style almond milk with the latter method and I believe it’s because I’m able to squeeze more liquid out of the almond pulp with the bag. I’ve tried Almond Cow’s tip of adding ice to bring the liquid to the minimum line in the carafe, as well as using a spatula to press more liquid out of the pulp, but the result is still thinner than with the blender and bag method. I wonder if Almond Cow were to come up with a tool similar to an espresso tamper if more liquid could be pressed out of the pulp post blending and result in a creamier milk.
