How To Store Your Pulp
- For best results, we recommend storing your pulpin a glass container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Drying as granola or flour will preserve
much longer - use within 1 month.
How To Turn Pulp Into Flour
- Pre-heat oven to 250° F
- Spread the pulp out very thinly on a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper
- Let the pulp dry out for 2 hours.
- When fully dried and cooled, add to a food processor and pulse it a few times to make it into more of a fine powder.
