Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 2. Mix ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Grease or line an 8x8 in. baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. 4. Pour the batter into the baking dish
  5. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the middle is set and edges are slightly brown.
  6. 6. Let cool before cutting. Cut into squares and enjoy!

  • 1 cup yellow corn meal
  • ? cup organic granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup almond pulp (let drain for a few minutes before using) (from almond milk)
  • ½ cup vegan butter, melted
