Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso Latte
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Oat MilkAdd 1 cup of rolled oats to the filter basket of your Almond Cow.
Fill the base with 4 cups of water.
Attach the top and press the button. In less than a minute, you’ll have fresh oat milk.
Step 2: Prepare the Brown Sugar Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup water.
Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
Step 3: Assemble the Latte
In a shaker, combine the espresso shots, 2 tbsp of the brown sugar syrup, and cinnamon.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until frothy.
Fill a glass with ice and pour the oat milk over the ice.
Pour the shaken espresso mixture over the oat milk.
Stir gently and enjoy!
