Smooth & delicious

The HVDC motor is the heart of the Almond Cow. Our unique emulsification process requires a high speed to achieve a state of intermittent centrifugal filtration (ICF), meaning that milk is filtered repeatedly before the cycle is completed.

We manufacture each with a motor capable of processing milk ingredients at 10,000 RPM or more, maintaining a high speed throughout each phase of the complete blending cycle for any plant-based milk.

Emulsion, optimized

The creamiest milks require high speed emulsion, so we designed a thicker blade for optimal blending with our US based engineering team, modeled in a CFD environment to study its effects on fluid flow.

Gotta have!

We need milk or cream in my house all the time for coffee, baking, soups... you name it! Due to the amount I cook and when, I find I run out of milk at the oddest times like at 10pm at night when I make soup for the next day or first thing in the morning after someone finished the last ounce. The last thing I want to do is run out at that moment and buy milk. I also am a maniac about avoiding unhealthy ingredients in my food so the milk maker is perfect since it makes milk containing only a few ingredients and I can be in charge of those ingredients. I've also made other drinks with it (strawberry lemonade comes to mind) and it's delicious. I like them so much, I give them as gifts and people love them! The unit quickly pays for itself and gets rid of all the waste of the store-bought containers plus, it's really easy to use!

Yumminess Without theChemicals

No nasty chemicals, just pure plant milk. If you can't use dairy, this machine is the way to go. No nut bags to squeeze, no hassle. I use mine 3-4 times a week. I make both cashew and almond milk. I'm never going back to the other.

Milk in Minute

I am still learning how to make great almond milk. Today, I made coconut milk with flakes and that turned out great. Very tasty! I'm going to rate my experience with the coconut flakes today. Great milk, hard to clean basket

I like the milk, it's quite easy to make milk with and has good quantities. However, the basket filter is very hard to clean. I can't get little bits of nut/residue out of the mesh no matter how I try.

Love it!

This is a lot easier to use than I thought it would be. I love making the cashew/coconut milk! It is delicious! I also love that you can use the ground nuts in other recipes so there is no waste!

Very high quality machine, produces excellent nut milk. Carina kept the device longer, so I received another device as a gift from the company. I was very embarrassed about it, but it was not my fault. Now I have two excellent devices, I will give one to my son. The staff is very kind and sensitive. I am grateful to you for everything.
