Unicorn Hot Chocolate

Try this fun and delicious Unicorn Hot Chocolate! Its beautiful pink color comes from raspberries or strawberries, with creaminess and sweetness from white chocolate and cashews.

  • warm or hot water, to the 500mL line of the collector cup
  • 1 cup cashews
  • ⅔ cup raspberries or strawberries
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate
  • 1 date, pit removed
  • coconut whipped cream, for topping
  • colored marshmallows, for topping


Step 1

Add warm or hot water to the collector cup, and add cashews, raspberries (or strawberries), white chocolate and a date to the filter basket.

Step 2

Place the collector cup inside the base.

Step 3

Attach the filter basket to the top, and the top to the base.

Step 4

Press the cow, and when the green light stops flashing, pour the hot chocolate into a cup, and top with coconut whipped cream and colored marshmallows. Enjoy!
