  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Directions

Whether you have an Almond Cow Milk Maker or not, you're just a few simple steps away from a refreshing glass of homemade goodness. And here's a little secret: soaking those almonds makes all the difference!

Using Almond Cow Milk Maker:

1. Remove stems from 4 strawberries and dice into ½" chunks.

2. Place almonds, strawberries, and sea salt in the filter basket.

3. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow Milk Maker and twist to secure.

4. Fill the Milk Maker base to the MIN line (5 cups) with water, add maple syrup, and attach the top.

5. Plug in the Milk Maker, press the cow start button, and let it run through 3 automatic stages.

6. When the green light stops flashing, your delectable strawberry almond milk is ready!

For those without an Almond Cow Milk Maker, follow these steps:

1. Remove stems from 4 strawberries and dice into ½" chunks.

2. Soak almonds for at least 4 hours or overnight to enhance creaminess.

3. In a blender, combine soaked almonds, strawberries, and sea salt. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.

4. Transfer the blended mixture to a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag placed over a bowl.

5. Strain the mixture, pressing down with a spoon or squeezing the nut milk bag to extract the liquid.

6. In a separate container, mix maple syrup with the obtained almond-strawberry liquid.
