Awesome Sauce

Whip up this delicious, vegan Awesome Sauce in no time using almond pulp from making almond milk! Pair with veggies, crackers or whatever you'd like!

Yields: 3-4 cups


  • 1 batch almond pulp
  • ¼ cup almond milk (to loosen)
  • 1 cup almonds
  • ¼ cup neutral oil (grape seed oil)
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemons (more or less to preference)
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp liquid aminos
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp cayenne powder


Step 1

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined. Taste test and season to preference.

Step 2

Transfer to an airtight container to marinate or enjoy right away. (Keeps for about 1 week.) Enjoy!
