Ingredients

1 batch almond pulp
¼ cup almond milk (to loosen)
1 cup almonds
¼ cup neutral oil (grape seed oil)
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemons (more or less to preference)
¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
1-2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp liquid aminos
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cracked black pepper
¼ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp cayenne powder

Awesome Sauce

Prep Time: 5-10 min

Whip up this delicious, vegan Awesome Sauce in no time using almond pulp from making almond milk! Pair with veggies, crackers or whatever you'd like!

Yields: 3-4 cups

Ingredients

1 batch almond pulp
¼ cup almond milk (to loosen)
1 cup almonds

Directions

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined. Taste test and season to preference.

Step 2

Transfer to an airtight container to marinate or enjoy right away. (Keeps for about 1 week.) Enjoy!
