Almond Cow House Coffee is sourced intentionally for use with your favorite plant-based milk beverages. The coffee itself is shade grown at high altitude for a lower acidity bean profile. This, along with the roasting method work together to minimize splitting or curdling in plant-based milks.

I don't recommend this product
Dark roast
I gave it a single star because of the dark roast. The roast is just too strong for me. I do agree that the banner of the coffee does decrease the acidity especially using my plant based milk.
