Instructions
- Mix overnight oats ingredients in a jar.
- Mix toasted kataifi with pistachio creme. Toast the kataifi in a pan with cooking spray (I used avocado oil spray) on low heat until golden brown.
- Melt chocolate in microwave in 15-30 second increments.
- Add strawberries, pistachio/kataifi mix, then spread melted chocolate on top to make the shell.
- Place in the fridge overnight (or at least a few hours) & enjoy!

Ingredients
- Oats:
- 3/4 cup (170g) 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1/3-1/2 cup milk of choice (I used pistachio milk made with my @almondcow)
- 3/4 cup (60g) oats
- 1 tbsp (14g) cocoa powder
- ~1 tbsp (14g) sweetener of choice (I used honey, but you can use stevia, monk fruit, etc. & make sure to sweeten to your taste preferences!)
- Toppings:
- 1-2 strawberries
- 1-2 tbsp of kataifi
- 1 tbsp (14g) pistachio butter/creme
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate
