Dubai Overnight Oats

You can also add a scoop of protein powder to the oats for a little extra protein! 💪🏼 

Instructions

  1. Mix overnight oats ingredients in a jar.
  2. Mix toasted kataifi with pistachio creme.
  3. Toast the kataifi in a pan with cooking spray (I used avocado oil spray) on low heat until golden brown.
  4. Melt chocolate in microwave in 15-30 second increments.
  5. Add strawberries, pistachio/kataifi mix, then spread melted chocolate on top to make the shell.
  6. Place in the fridge overnight (or at least a few hours) & enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (60g) oats
  • 3/4 cup (170g) 0% Greek Yogurt (plant based yogurt)
  • 1/3-1/2 cup milk of choice (pistachio milk)
  • 1 tbsp (14g) cocoa powder
  • ~1 tbsp (14g) sweetener of choice (I used honey, but you can use stevia, monk fruit, etc. & make sure to sweeten to your taste preferences!)
  • Toppings: 1-2 strawberries 1-2 tbsp of kataifi 1 tbsp (14g) pistachio butter/creme 1 tbsp dark chocolate
