“Try new recipes, don’t be afraid to experiment with flavours and spices (I add cardamom to my banana milk and it was delicious!)” “I drink it, I make it into a latte (an iced latte is particularly delicious!) and I added some to my banana bread recipe.”

“I use the chocolate oat milk in an iced latte, it’s soooo yummy! I also just used it to make chocolate chia pudding topped with berries and that was also delicious! I also use all of the milks to make protein smoothie bowls!”
