I prefer glass over plastic for storing anything edible and the notches on each side make it a lot easier to hold.

I LOVE my Almond Cow!
My new Almond Cow milk maker is terrific. I resisted buying one for a long time due to my small kitchen. Now that I have this appliance, I don't know how I've been without it. I made almond milk with a nut bag for years but the Almond Cow is so much better.
And the glass jug to store it is excellent, too. I love glass. I keeps the milk extra cold!
