Sparkling Lavender Lemonade

Instructions
- Place AC base to MIN line with sparkling water
- Place remaning lemonad ingredients into filter basket
- Attach AC top to base and run machine
- While machine is running, combine aquafaba, sugar, and cream of tartar in a large bowl. Using a hand or stand mixer, beat on high speed for 8-10 minutes until stiff, glossy peaks form.
- To serve, pour lemonade into a glass and top with whipped cream!

¼ cup agave
1 cup lemon, peeled and diced into quarters
1 tbsp lavender
Whipped topping
¾ cup aquafaba
½ cup sugar
? tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp lemon zest
