- Hot tea, to the 500mL line of the collector cup *(we like black tea or rooibos tea)*
- 1 lemon, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 star anise

Ingredients

Directions
Step 1
Add hot tea to the collector cup (we used black tea). Place the collector cup inside the base (no other liquid is added).
Step 2
Add lemon pieces, honey, cinnamon stick pieces, whole cloves, and star anise to the filter basket.
Step 3
Attach the filter basket to the top and place the top onto the base. Press the cow, and when the light stops flashing, your Hottie Not Toddy is ready!
