What’s the warranty or return policy?
Almond Cow offers a 1-year warranty and a 30-day return window. Try it risk-free and see the difference for yourself.
Can I use local ingredients from my region?
Absolutely. Use your own nuts, seeds, or grains—organic, local, or imported—whatever works for your lifestyle and budget. Almond Cow does not currently sell ingredients within the UK and EU regions.
Is it really more sustainable than store-bought milk?
Yes! Almond Cow helps reduce single-use packaging, lower your carbon footprint, and cut back on food waste. Plus, the machine itself uses minimal electricity.
What types of milk can I make?
The possibilities are endless! While almond milk is the most popular option, any nut grain or seed works - from oats to hazelnut to cashew, coconut, pistachio, and hemp. You can also make creamers, herbal drinks, lemonades, and more—all using your favourite local ingredients.
Do I need to soak the nuts first?
Soaking is optional! The machine is powerful enough to make smooth, creamy milk even from unsoaked nuts. However, soaking can slightly improve creaminess for some recipes.
How much milk does each batch make?
Each batch yields 5-6 cups—perfect for a small household or anyone looking for fresh milk throughout the week.

It didn’t work ar all. I do admit that almond milk is really delicious; however when I tried to make the cocunut one, it was a disaster. The mechanism is not strong enough to extract as much as coconut milk as possible. Result was very watery and without any taste.

Thank you for your honest feedback about making coconut milk with the Almond Cow. We appreciate you sharing that the almond milk turned out delicious and understand your disappointment with the coconut milk results.
Coconut can be more challenging to work with compared to nuts like almonds, as it requires specific techniques to achieve optimal extraction and flavor. The consistency and taste can vary significantly based on the type of coconut used, water ratios, and processing methods.
Our Customer Service team would be happy to provide personalized tips and recommendations specifically for making coconut milk, including suggestions on coconut preparation, water ratios, and processing techniques that can help you achieve a creamier, more flavorful result. Please feel free to reach out to them at info@almondcow.co.
Cheers!

I find that with any dirty dish, it’s best to be cleaned right away. Same for the milk jug, this brush works best if cleaning a freshly emptied jug. Nothing a few min of soaking in hot soapy water can’t loosen up. This brush fits right into the corners and is gentle enough to not scratch. Very well designed.

**I’ve owned & used my milk maker regularly for 2+ years before finally submitting a review**
What began as a budgeting decision and an easy way to control what ingredients my family was consuming has since turned into a proud mom moment! Both of my daughters make their own almond milk for smoothies and coffee. I especially love that nut milk makers were their first gift as they are preparing to leave for college. They were each gifted a knock off brand nut milk maker but this mama is grateful that the foundation has been laid for them to know no different in that you make your own milk! It’s like it’s not even a question about buying it. In fact, when we go on vacation during the summer we take my Almond Cow with us! I very much appreciate the recipes that come to my email. I pass them along to my girls to try.
I’ve recently read an article on “best nut milk makers” and Almond Cow was #2!
I even bought one for my mother in-law shortly after my kids bought me mine as a Mother’s Day gift.
