"Works great, simple to use, easy to clean. The milk and pulp recipes are delicious, fresh. I shouldn’t have waited so long to purchase; definitely a worthwhile investment."

How it Works
Step-by-step instructions to make plant-based milk in just 1 minute.
-
1Fill the base with water to the MIN or MAX line (or in between).
-
2Add dry ingredients to the filter basket up to the MAX / 1 cup line.
-
3Secure the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow by twisting the basket to the right.
-
4Attach the top to the base. A solid blue light indicates it is ready to use.
-
5Press the cow button to start!
A white flashing light indicates that milking is in process. When the blue light is solid again, your milk is ready.

Common Questions
Can’t find the answer? Contact our team.
What’s the warranty or return policy?
Almond Cow offers a 1-year warranty and a 30-day return window. Try it risk-free and see the difference for yourself.
Can I use local ingredients from my region?
Absolutely. Use your own nuts, seeds, or grains—organic, local, or imported—whatever works for your lifestyle and budget. Almond Cow does not currently sell ingredients within the UK and EU regions.
Is it really more sustainable than store-bought milk?
Yes! Almond Cow helps reduce single-use packaging, lower your carbon footprint, and cut back on food waste. Plus, the machine itself uses minimal electricity.
What types of milk can I make?
The possibilities are endless! While almond milk is the most popular option, any nut grain or seed works - from oats to hazelnut to cashew, coconut, pistachio, and hemp. You can also make creamers, herbal drinks, lemonades, and more—all using your favourite local ingredients.
Do I need to soak the nuts first?
Soaking is optional! The machine is powerful enough to make smooth, creamy milk even from unsoaked nuts. However, soaking can slightly improve creaminess for some recipes.
How much milk does each batch make?
Each batch yields 5-6 cups—perfect for a small household or anyone looking for fresh milk throughout the week.

The device arrived with a lot of delay, but it was worth the wait. Excellent, practical, the milk he makes is incomparable to the one bought at the grocery store.

Making milk takes a total of 3 minutes from filling the machine until you have fresh made milk. Once you push the button, you just need to wait about a minute for the full process. I like to process twice, so I do a second push of the button to get more out of my almonds. Also, I squeeze the pulp when finished, by hand to get more milk out. I usually don't write reviews but I haven't read any that gave a processing time. This machine is easy to fill, clean and store. One batch makes about 1/2 gallon. I am very much guessing here because I didn't measure but it fills my almond cow glass milk container 3/4 of the way.
