Standard shipping time to United States metro areas is 5-7 days.
eBooks are not counted towards free shipping.
Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders outside of the US are not prepaid by Almond Cow. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery.
Almond Cow is not liable for these charges, and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.

We love Almond Cow. We are sure that you will too. Just in case, we give customers 30 days from the date of delivery to try it out. If it doesn't make making plant-based milk easy for you - you are welcome to return the Almond Cow machine to us for a refund. Original delivery fees are non-refundable. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be considered for a refund.

What is Route Shipping Insurance?
Almond Cow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route Insurance covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.
How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged package?
Open your email from Route. In the email, copy your Route Order ID as you will need it to file the claim. Click here to file a claim: https://claims.route.com/
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Route covers damage as well! To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout.
If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at email@example.com (not .com) and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
How does Route reimburse me?

What if my order is not protected by Route and is lost/stolen/damaged?
If your order is not protected by Route and is lost, stolen, or damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (not .com). We will move forward with filing a claim with the carrier.
If your claim is denied we can only offer a reshipment or store credit.
If your claim is approved, we can offer a reshipment or refund.
We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if you find our product is faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help resolve the problem. Please email us with your order number at email@example.com.

How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged - i.e. PayPal payments will be refunded via the PayPal account used on the original purchase.
Postage, return postage, and Route package protection (if purchased) costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days from warehouse delivery for returns to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will be contacted by our Customer Care team letting you know your order has been refunded.
May I get a refund on my order if I use AfterPay?

What if I canceled the card I originally paid with?
Don't worry! If the bank account associated with your original payment is open, your refund will process as normal. If the bank account has been closed, please email us at email@example.com.
