All shipping times indicated below are approximations. While every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed. Please be sure to check your order confirmation email or the shipping carrier websites for more information on current shipment timelines.

Please allow 4 to 5 business days for us to receive and process your order.

Once an order is placed and being processed, we are no longer able to add on or remove items.

Expedited Shipping: Almond Cow is not responsible for any delays on expedited packages. 

eBooks are not counted towards free shipping.

All sales/promotions are valid for the times stated. Sales cannot be combined with any other discounts/promos, referrals, or subscriptions.

If Almond Cow offers a sale within 7 days after purchase, feel free to contact Customer Care at info@almondcow.co to request a price adjustment.

To receive your price adjustment, you must contact Almond Cow within 24 hours from the end of the sale and provide your order number.

Price adjustments cannot be made for exclusive sales, such as our Biggest Sale of the Year.

Taxes and Duties

Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders outside of the US are not prepaid by Almond Cow. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery.

Almond Cow is not liable for these charges, and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact us at info@almondcow.co or you may contact your local customs office for more information.

Order is missing an item?

If you are missing any item in your order, as soon as possible, please contact our Customer Care team at info@almondcow.co with your order number and the following photos:

  • All taped areas of the box the items came in
  • The shipping label
  • The items you received
  • The packing slip
