Chocolate Bird Nests
These easy chocolate nests are the perfect recipe to make this Easter weekend. With only five simple ingredients, including Almond Cow’s Organic Coconut Shreds, your family is sure to love them. Afterall, they are adorable and who doesn't love coconut, chocolate, peanut butter, and Easter candy?

Instructions
- Prepare two lined baking sheets.
- Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the noodles and coconut shreds.
- In a heat-safe mixing bowl, melt the chocolate according to package instructions then stir in the peanut butter until smooth and consistent.
- Transfer the melted chocolate and peanut butter into the bowl of dry ingredients, then stir until just combined.
- Portion the mixture into 3 Tbsp spoonfuls or “nests”, then center the candies. Repeat with remainder, then allow to set before handling. Enjoy and Happy Easter!
