  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup cashew pulp (from cashew milk)
  • 2 tbsp flax Seed meal
  • 1 tbsp flax Seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 4 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp salt
