Grilled Peach Balsamic Reduction

Try this delicious Grilled Peach Balsamic Reduction made with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, grilled peaches and honey. It's the perfect addition to our Balsamic Ricotta burger.

  • 1 ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup chopped grilled peaches (approx. 3 small peaches)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt


Step 1

Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the collector cup. Place the collector cup inside the base (no other liquid is added).

Step 2

Add all other ingredients to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top, and the top to the base.

Step 3

Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, it is complete.

Step 4

Transfer mixture to stovetop (filter basket and collector cup mixtures), and reduce for about 10 minutes, until it’s thick!

Step 5

Serve with our Balsamic Ricotta Burger, or whatever else you’d like, and enjoy!
