Enjoy this sweet, delicious, Vanilla Cream Cheese on top of your favorite bagel, toast, or however you choose! We suggest pairing this creamy spread with Almond Cow Strawberry Bagels!
Make vegan cream cheese (without pepper, or any of the optional savory add-ons).
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
Serve with Almond Cow Strawberry Bagels, and store leftovers in the fridge.
You can culture the cream cheese by stirring in the contents of 2 probiotic capsules and letting it sit out on the counter (unrefrigerated) for about 36 hours. Alternatively, you could add 2 Tbsp of probiotic yogurt and enjoy after refrigerating.
