Not sure what to do with your leftover Almond Cow Almond Milk pulp? Here's one of our favorite zero waste breakfast ideas: pulpmeal! Load your pulp with toppings, grab a spoon and dig in. You can even eat straight from the filter basket!

Ingredients

  • Leftover Almond Cow Pulp (almond, oat, cashew, etc.)
  • Toppings of your choice

Directions

  1. Once you’ve made a batch of Almond Cow milk, use the leftover pulp either in the filter basket or in a separate bowl to load with your favorite pulpmeal toppings!
  2. If you’d like to warm the pulp, add to a saucepan and warm over med-low heat until desired temperature. Enjoy!
