Pulp Fat Bombs

These delicious Pulp Fat Bombs are a perfect snack for on-the-go or a satisfying after dinner treat. Only 6 ingredients needed and such a simple way to use your leftover pulp!

Servings: 6 or more depending on mold size

Ingredients

  • 1 batch PeCashew pulp (from PeCashew milk) (about ⅔ cup, press the pulp to get as much liquid out as possible)
  • ¼ cup coconut manna/coconut butter (melted)
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 7-10 drops stevia drops (depending on sweetness level)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until everything is completely combined.
  2. Use a scoop or spoon to place the mixture into a silicone mold of choice.
  3. Place in the fridge for an hour or until firm. Enjoy!

Mint Chocolate
  • 1 batch almond pulp (from almond milk, press the pulp to get as much liquid out)
  • ¼ cup coconut manna/coconut butter (melted)
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 7-10 drops stevia drops (depending on sweetness level)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp mint extract
Coconut Cacao
  • 1 batch almond/coconut pulp (from CocoAlmond milk, press the pulp to get as much liquid out)
  • ¼ cup coconut manna/coconut butter (melted)
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 7-10 drops stevia drops (depending on sweetness level)
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs
Lemon
  • 1 batch coconut pulp (from coconut milk, press the pulp to get as much liquid out)
  • ¼ cup coconut manna/coconut butter (melted)
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 7-10 drops stevia drops (depending on sweetness level)
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
