This Edible Cookie Dough for Two is probably the EASIEST recipe you can make with your leftover CocoCash Milk Medley Pulp. Only a few simple ingredients needed to make this delicious treat!

Ingredients:

1 filter basket CocoCash Milk Medley Pulp (from making 1 batch of milk)
¾ cup blanched almond flour
2 tbsp maple syrup or agave
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Add the leftover pulp, almond flour, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a bowl, and mix using a spoon.
Add chocolate chips and mix again. Enjoy!
