After an order has been processed, the Customer Care team can no longer add or remove items from the order.

Expedited Shipping: Almond Cow is not responsible for carrier delays on expedited packages. 

eBooks do not count towards the free shipping subtotal.

Taxes and Duties

Duties, taxes, and import fees for orders outside the United States/Canada are not prepaid. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by the country where the order was shipped. These will be due at the time of or after delivery.

Almond Cow is not liable for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges, contact your local customs office for more information.

  • The shipping label
  • The items you received
  • The packing slip
