Sweet & Salty Blue Popcorn
Instructions
1. Bring a heavy-bottomed saucepan with lid to medium high heat, then add coconut oil.2. When melted, add the popcorn and cover immediately. Allow to pop for about 30-60 seconds or until the popping slows to several seconds between pops, then remove the pan from the heat.
3. Transfer the popcorn immediately into a wide bowl.
4. Add remaining ingredients and carefully fold and toss until evenly combined. Season to taste.

3 tbsp coconut oil? cup popcorn kernels
¼ cup almond flour
1 tsp blue algae powder
1 tbsp Almond Cow Vegan butter, melted (even better if melted until brown/brown butter!)
2-3 tbsp maple syrup (depending on sweetness preference)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp sea salt
