Step 1
Bring a heavy-bottomed saucepan with lid to medium high heat, then add coconut oil. When melted, add the popcorn and cover immediately. Allow to pop for about 30-60 seconds or until the popping slows to several seconds between pops, then remove the pan from the heat.
Step 2
Transfer the popcorn immediately into a wide bowl. Add remaining ingredients and carefully fold and toss until evenly combined. Season to taste. Enjoy!
