Corn & Mango Salsa

This Corn & Mango Salsa will be the perfect addition to your next summer barbecue or event. The sweetness from the fresh mangos and the balance of the peppers and grilled corn will have your guests coming back for seconds and thirds!

Servings: 4-6


  • 2 cups corn, grilled
  • 1½ cups mango, diced finely
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced finely
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced finely
  • 1 basket corn pulp from corn milk using collector cup method
  • juice of 4 limes
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped finely
  • salt to taste


Step 1

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, and gently mix. Adjust salt as needed. Enjoy!
