Pineapple Aperol Spritz

Aperol Spritz with pineapple, aperol, and prosecco.

This tropical take on the Aperol Spritz is the perfect drink for relaxing on the beach or poolside this summer. The sweet pineapple balances the bitter nature of the Aperol and pairs well with a bubbly Prosecco. Perfectly refreshing for a hot summer day.

Servings: 4 (4 ounces each)

Aperol Spritz with pineapple, aperol, and prosecco.

Ingredients

  • 250 mL Aperol
  • 250 mL Prosecco
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • splash of soda water

Directions

Spritz Mixture
  1. Add 250mL Aperol and 250 mL Prosecco to the collector cup.
  2. Add ½ cup chopped pineapple to the filter basket.
  3. Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, it is complete.
To Serve
  1. Fill 4 wine glasses with ice
  2. Pour a serving of the Spritz mixture over the ice in each glass
  3. Add a splash of soda water
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Cheers!
