Appletini
Get in the mood for autumn with this crisp apple martini. Fresh apple and lemon juice make this drink a refreshing way to welcome the new season. Whether you have extra apples from apple picking or just scooped some juicy ones up from the store…this recipe is the perfect way to celebrate fall.
Ingredients

6.75 oz vodka

5.5 oz apple schnapps

4.5 oz apple juice

1 green apple, cored and rough diced

¾ lemon, peel and pith removed, roughly chopped

cinnamon and sugar for the rim (optional)
Directions
- Add the vodka, apple schnapps, and apple juice to the collector cup. Place collector cup inside the Almond Cow base.
- Place the apple and lemon slices in the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure.
- Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the light stops flashing, your Appletini is ready!
- Add 4.5 oz to a chilled coupe glass. Optional: prepare the coupe glass with a sugar and cinnamon rim.
