Take your lemonade game up a notch with this sparkling lavender lemonade that tastes magical!
Servings: 4-5
Add sparkling water and agave to the MIN line of the base of the Almond Cow.
Add lemon pieces and lavender to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top and the top to the base.
Press the cow, and when the light stops flashing, set the sparkling lavender lemonade aside.
To a stand mixer, add aquafaba, and whip for 2-3 minutes until it’s white and frothy.
Add sugar and cream of tartar, and continue whipping for about 4 more minutes until stiff peaks form.
Add lemon zest, and gently fold.
To a glass, pour the sparkling lavender lemonade over ice, and top it with the lemon whipped topping. Enjoy!
