Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew almond pulp (from cashew almond milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp carrots (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts

Directions

Step 1

Place cashew almond pulp in a bowl.

Step 2

Add vanilla extract, maple syrup, shredded carrots, raisins, and crushed walnuts to your cashew almond pulp.

Step 3
