  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup almond pulp (let drain for a few minutes before using) (from almond milk)
  • ½ cup vegan butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Mix ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Step 3

Grease or line an 8x8 in. baking dish with parchment paper.

Step 4

Pour the batter into the baking dish

Step 5

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the middle is set and edges are slightly brown.

Step 6

Let cool before cutting.

Step 7

Cut into squares and enjoy!
