Pro Pumpkin Spice Milk

Elevate your menu with a unique blend of almonds, spices, and optional dates. A creamy, autumnal delight, perfect for cafes and restaurants. Simple to make with the Almond Cow Pro, this vegan milk is a seasonal must-have!


  • 3 lbs Raw almonds
  • 6 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 ½ tsp Ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 8-10 Pitted medjool dates (optional)


Step 1

With the filter basket in the Almond Cow Pro, add in the almonds, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves, salt, vanilla, and dates.

Step 2

Fill with water to the MAX line. Plug in, press the Cow Start Button. To enhance creaminess further, just run the machine for a second time.

Step 3

When the 9 grinding cycles are complete, bottle milk and refrigerate.

Step 4

Use leftover pulp in oatmeal bowls or refrigerate for further use in smoothies or baking. Enjoy!


The Pro will continue to beep if there is no water in the machine. This is a safety precaution and when you are finished with the cycle, unplug the machine to turn it off.
