Homemade Pro Hazelnut Milk using Almond Cow Pro machine

Pro Hazelnut Milk

A premium, creamy choice for cafes & restaurants. This recipe combines raw hazelnuts, a hint of salt, and optional sweetness with Medjool dates and vanilla. Simple to prepare in the Almond Cow Pro, ensuring consistent, professional quality with every batch. Perfect for specialty drinks or as a vegan milk alternative.


  • 3 lbs Raw hazelnuts
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 8 - 10 Medjool dates (optional)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)


Step 1

With the filter basket in the Almond Cow Pro, add in the hazelnuts, salt, dates, and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Fill with water to the MAX line. Plug in, press the Cow Start Button. To enhance creaminess further, just run the machine for a second time.

Step 3

When the 9 grinding cycles are complete, bottle milk and refrigerate.

Step 4

Use leftover pulp in oatmeal bowls or refrigerate for further use in smoothies or baking. Enjoy!


The Pro will continue to beep if there is no water in the machine. This is a safety precaution and when you are finished with the cycle, unplug the machine to turn it off.
