Elevate your menu with Pro Chocolate Milk, a luxurious blend of almonds, maple syrup, and cacao powder, crafted using the Almond Cow Pro's precise grinding for a creamy, decadent flavor. Perfect for cafes and restaurants seeking a gourmet touch.


  • 3 lbs Almonds
  • 1 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Cacao powder


Step 1

With the filter basket in the Almond Cow Pro, add in the almonds and maple syrup.

Step 2

Fill with water to the MAX line. Plug in, press the Cow Start Button.

Step 3

When the 9 grinding cycles are complete, remove the top and add *cacao powder, then press the Cow Start Button. When the 9 grinding cycles are complete, bottle milk and refrigerate.

Step 4

Use leftover pulp in oatmeal bowls or refrigerate for further use in smoothies or baking. Enjoy!


*run almond cow a second time with cacao powder to avoid foaming.

The Pro will continue to beep if there is no water in the machine. This is a safety precaution and when you are finished with the cycle, unplug the machine to turn it off.
