Pro Apple Pie Milk

Elevate your menu with a gourmet twist on a classic. Crafted with fresh Fuji apples, oats, cashews, and a blend of warm spices, this unique recipe offers an artisanal experience perfect for cafes and restaurants. Easy to make in the Almond Cow Pro!


Apple Cider

  • ¼ tsp Ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg powder
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 30 Fuji apples
  • Water

Apple Pie Milk
  • 1 lb Oats
  • 2 lbs Cashews
  • 4 cups Apple cider


Step 1

With the filter basket in the Almond Cow Pro, add in the following ingredients. Water to the MIN line, 20 apples (cut into quarter pieces), 1/4 tsp ginger powder, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Plug in, press the Cow Start Button.

Step 2

For the second round, cut the remaining 10 apples into quarter pieces and place in the Almond Cow. Add 1/4 tsp ginger powder, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Keep the same base liquid. Press the Cow Start Button. Serve as is or use to make Apple Pie Milk (below).

For more apple flavor you can use hot water as the base or boil your apples and use that water to make the cider.

Step 3

To make the Apple Pie Milk, place the filter basket in the Almond Cow Pro and add oats and cashews. Fill with 4 cups of apple cider and top with water to the MIN line. Plug in, and press the Cow Start Button. When the 9 grinding cycles are complete, bottle milk and refrigerate.


The Pro will continue to beep if there is no water in the machine. This is a safety precaution and when you are finished with the cycle, unplug the machine to turn it off.
