Chocolate Mousse Milk

This delicious Chocolate Mousse Milk is the perfect sweet treat for any time of day! Creamy pili nuts, avocado, chocolate, and maple syrup are all it takes to whip up this decadent plant-based milk!

Servings: 5 cups


  • 1 cup pili nuts
  • 1 cup avocado
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup


Step 1

Add pili nuts and cocoa powder to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Milk Maker and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure.

Step 2

Fill the Milk Maker base to the MIN line (5 cups) with water, add maple syrup. Attach the top.

Step 3

Plug in the Milk Maker and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing it is complete.

Step 4

Empty the filter basket, and add avocado.

Step 5

Attach the top and press the cow start button. When the green light stops flashing, your chocolate mousse milk is ready!
