This Strawberry Fudge is creamy and dreamy! Bursting with strawberry flavor and perfectly sweetened with agave, it makes for a great mid-day snack or after-dinner treat!

To make the strawberry simple syrup, add warm or hot water to the 500mL line of the collector cup.
Add strawberries and agave to the filter basket.
Place the collector cup inside the base.
Attach the filter basket to the top, and the top to the base.
Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, your strawberry simple syrup is complete.
Give it a little stir, and add 1/2 cup to a saucepan over medium heat, along with white chocolate chips and cashew butter. Stir until smooth.
Add the pink pitaya powder, and stir again. If you have trouble smoothing this part out, feel free to blend the mixture for a super smooth texture!
Pour mixture into your mold of choice (square tin, loaf tin, or butter molds work well), and transfer to the freezer until firm enough to remove from the molds.
When ready, remove from the molds, and cut into fudge squares. Store in the fridge, and enjoy!
