Summer Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Nothing says summertime like a delicious fruit smoothie bowl topped with bananas, strawberries, cherries, and peaches. It's refreshing and easy to make. Enjoy!

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup cherries, pitted and sliced
  • ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped
  • ⅓ cup peaches, chopped
  • 500 mL juice of choice (we used beet)
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup (optional, to sweeten)
  • 1 large banana, thickly sliced to match the number of slots in your ice cube tray

Directions

Step 1

Add juice of choice and maple syrup to the collector cup. Place the collector cup inside the base.

Step 2

Add cherries, strawberries, and peaches to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top.

Step 3

Secure the top to the base. Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, it is complete.

Step 4

In a measuring cup with a pour spout, combine the contents of the filter basket with the liquid in the collector cup. Stir together.

Step 5

Fill each slot of an ice cube tray with the smoothie juice and top with a thick slice of banana. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Step 6

When you’re ready to make a smoothie, combine the smoothie cubes and your favorite plant-based milk inside a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
