Turn our Ultimate Almond Cow Granola into Ultimate Almond Cow Granola Butter. Full of flavor and ready for dipping and spreading!
Makes about 16 ounces
In a food processor, add granola and melted coconut oil.
Blend granola until smooth and creamy, about 10-15 minutes. Every few minutes, stop and scrape down the sides of the container (pushing the granola butter toward the center blades). Taste, then sweeten with coconut sugar if desired.
Transfer the granola butter to a sealed jar. Enjoy within 5 days at room temperature or 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
